seamlessly. So here at Audio West we meet with you ahead of
time to plan out your special day so we can provide elegant
and unique entertainment that you and your guests will
treasure.
The bride and groom are always respected as the producers of
their wedding day, including the music. All events such as the
grand entrance and first dance will be professionally
announced. We are always keeping you the focus of attention.
This is such an important day not only to you but also to us.
Your wedding is not just another gig or job to us, it's a day
that should be treasured and forsaken for all time. Be sure
and take the time when choosing your DJ for your wedding, its
a decision that can make or break your reception. We have put
together the following packages as a guide to suit the needs
of most wedding parties. We would be happy to custom tailor a
package to fit your specific needs if you need additional
services.
The Silver Package ...
The silver package is ideal for daytime or afternoon
receptions. It includes a state of the art sound system to
provide concert quality sound for up to 200 guests and a basic
light package. Basic lighting package includes sound activated
30 colorful beams of Vertigo lighting effects and a Sparkle or
Moonflower mirror ball effect. Our music library of over
10,000 CD song titles will be on hand for music request
obtained from you and your fiancé. The Disc Jockey will also
visit each table during dinner to gather request from your
guest to ensure that we play the right mixture of music at
your wedding reception. Your entertainment staff will consist
of one experienced, tuxedo attired disc jockey who will also
act as the emcee using a cordless microphone to ensure 100%
flexibility with audience and bridal party. Your entertainer
will coordinate and handle all announcements, bridal party
introductions, typical wedding traditions and dances. You have
the ability to dictate the level of interaction at your
reception.
The Gold Package ...
The Gold package contains everything you need for a successful
reception. It includes a state of the art sound system to
provide concert quality sound. For audiences over 200 guest we
add two 500 Watt Subwoofers to the basic system. The light
show will come to life with a full 5 foot lighting truss
consisting of Computerized Lighting and Sparkle/ Moon Flower
mirror ball effects and spot light. These computer driven -
intelligent lights will give you a synchronized light show
providing a similar lighting effect as seen at the United
Center (home of the Chicago Bulls and Black hawks). Our music
library of over 10,000 CD song titles will be on hand for
music request obtained from you and your fiancé. The Disc

reception ballroom into a club for the evening. It includes a
state of the art sound system to provide concert quality
sound, including two 500 watt subwoofers for a sound
reproduction you can feel that will rival most top dance
clubs. The light show will come to life with a huge 10 foot
lighting truss consisting of Computerized Lighting, Sparkle/
Moon Flower mirror ball effects, Par Lighting, Vertigo's mini
lasers, strobe and spot light. These computer driven -
intelligent lights will give you a synchronized light show
providing a similar lighting effect as seen at the United
